When I visited Hiroshima, this was one of my favorite dishes, next to curry (Kure style) and natto.

Konnyaku, also known as Konjac or Devil's tongue, is a traditional Japanese food and is made from Konjac. Konjac is mainly grown in China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan and southeast Asian countries. It's kind of rubbery but very healthy.

I do the same here, but i make separate broth for the stew. Turn into stewp. Its beef broth over the pork. Good stuff. Maybe we can exchange recipes

Can I make it without pork... since I am allergic to pork? Chicken or beef?
@simplejapanesefood3 жыл бұрын
Okay! of course! In Japan, many people make it using beef. I use pork in my home, so I used pork this time. Of course, I think chicken is also delicious. I recommend beef.
