honestly feel like the many variations of this song is to try to kill the song. Because NY and her band are so much more than a one hit. This slow deconstruction of the banger until we realize all the other songs are amazing too

Not "/s", I appreciate what you said! That makes total sense to stylize their top song in separate ways to reel folks in! I also wish I could see them on tour! My priorities are all over the place, so each concert ticket purchased inflicts deep questioning as to what I can afford ...but I ended up spending on Big Thief & Beach House tix this past year. Thank god for live recordings on the internet in a world where we must pay hefty fees to experience live music.

@@allyson-- ya i was thinking about going to see Junior H (i just know the music from yt but it's rad) and tickets were 70 to start.. yikes. I got to see Sharon Van Etten in 22, totally worth it! big thief is reunited now, must've been a wild show

​@@clumsiii I enjoyed the first Junior H track I just checked out ("Last Song"). Curious to poke around their discography. But wow, $70 is incredibly steep! They must put on a good show or have a large team to support. It is seemingly a big year for Sharon Van Etten. Did you have a favorite song of theirs performed live? Only a few months ago, a friend reccomended their cover of "Femme Fatale" which I immediately took to liking. Otherwise, I do not know much about the artist. Big Thief....fills my heart to the brim! They carry a integrated & authentic presence on stage. I will return to them

​@@allyson-- I thought Junior H was all corridos! The first song i heard was Se Amerita - there's a bazillion versions, "alta music" group has subs in spanish. Just super cool guitar playing and amazing harmonies singing Sharon blew tf up after covid - she was all over europe and ya it was a sweet show. first show back for all of us, --- of course my fav was no ones' easy to love but the whole show was rad and that one she does solo, idk that was best show of last year for me gonna see Larry & Joe next week! Venezuelan harp with NC banjo -- they sing and play really well together
