I tried Spinach and Peas dhokla recipe. But I steamed it in instant pot. My 10 month old daughter loved it! For actual typical Dhokla will baking soda and lemon work instead of adding ENO ?

HI Dhidhi... So inspiring healthy snack. My daughter is 14months and i try all snacks you suggested so far. I tried the dhokla the same way you said. But it didnt turn out well. I kept for 15mins. But still it wasnt spongy.. Very sticky and my daughter didnt have it. Do you have any recommendations ?

Hi Didi this is swathi recently I saw one video in other channel about high oxalate food list that is very dangerous for our bodies ..in that list spinach is the first place and sweet potatoes and almonds and peanut butter ...etc these mainly spoil the kidneys and something ..and that too y I am telling u bcoz of u r my role model for healthy eating ..u also eat lots of spinach and almonds ..etc on a regular basis..so that's y I am telling u..
