If you use the WSAD to control Marty, then Shift. If you want to control him via the mouse, you need to keep left mouse button to move him around, AND right mouse button to run, so you basically need to press both buttons at the same time, but remember to start with left one to enter walking mode and then press right one to run.

When the DeLorean was struck by lightning its 'flying circuits' or something were damaged at the end of the second movie. I believe Doc mentions later that because of that it will never fly again. As for the train plot-hole I've no idea, but I'm sure there is some kind of pseudoscience explanation somewhere.

This game is nothing like Back to the Future movies, there was no part where you go to 1931 or the present is ever 1986. Also in the beginning, Doc just doesn't disappear he gets shot and Marty gets in the car (run from the terriosts) and it takes it to 1955.

But going further we have no clue how many times Red Thomas has been elected and re-elected. But my point about Wilson still stands.
