ये तो बहुत पुराना तरीका है ,हम लोग तो सूजी की ही इडली खाते है,पिछले पच्चीस सालों से हम बना रहे है, आप दूध भी ना डाले सिर्फ और सिर्फ पानी में सूजी को भिगाकर ईनो डालकर बनाए तो भी उतनी ही सॉफ्ट बनेगी।
