ઘરમાં નાં મોટા બધા ખાઈને ખુશ થઇ જાય એવો ૨ ચમચી તેલથી અને ઝંઝટ વગર બનતો સુપર પૌષ્ટિક અને ટેસ્ટી નાસ્તો , દર થોડા દિવસે પાછુ બનાવવા કેહશે .
INGREDIENTS
moong dal flour - 1 cup
udad dal flour - 1/4th cup
rice flour - 1/4th cup
gram flour - 2 tbsp
sooji - 2 tbsp
oats (rolled instant)- 1/4th cup
cashew - 6 to 8
garlic paste - 1 tsp
ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
yogurt - 1/2 cup
salt - as per taste
carrot - 1 medium
cabbage - 1/2 cup
sweet corn( boiled )- 1/2 cup
spinach - 1 cup
TADKA
oil - 2 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
curry leaves - few
green chilli ( chopped) - per taste
hing - 2 pinch
sesame seeds - 1 tsp
