During reciting namaz when you are in state of qayaam your eyes And brain should be fixed on the sajdegah when you go down in the state of ruku look in between the space of your feet .while in the state of prostration fixed your eyes at nose Or if you close your eyes during performing sajda .there is no issue in it.but your finger of both hand must be close to each other And take the support of 7 part of your body during prostration 1- both palm of your hands 2- knee of both foot 3- forehead in such away there must Not be a single hair between forehead And sajdegah 4- And toe of both foot without nails Dua ka talabgar 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
