Good evening please i did NIN for my children since march this year , because I needed to renew their passports, but the lady that did it gave me NIN numbers telling me that its has drop. But now to get appointments online to renew my children passports She's telling me that their names hasn't dropped at the immigration office yet. Because of that's i can't booked appointment to renew my kids passports. Please how can I make my children NIN DROP at immigration office?,. I don't know if she's lieing because mine didn't do like this ,and is not her that did mine. Please she said my children NIN needs to dropped at immigration office, before i can be able to use it for passports that for now it can only work in buying sim card, but I can't use it for booking appointments for passports, because it hasn't dropped yet in immigration office.
