Such a pleasure to see new construction methods coming to Kerala. Brick mortar and concrete is so energy inefficient and outdated. No one lives in their parents home, so there is no need for a home that lasts 100 years. Instead we must use such re usable construction methods that allow re design in future. This will ease need for new plots to build house. Malayalis will soon run out of plots to build house if we stick to conventional construction methods and more and more ghost houses will remain with no habitants. As the host was suggesting, this is not only for cold places, with this kind of thermal insulation, it's perfect for the sticky weather in Kerala.

Modular home concept are already in practice at United state. Especially in California Bay Area. This area is earthquake prone. Some of the biggest hyper stores in the USA like Costco,Walmart,Home Depot ,IKEA,displayed such prefabricated modular homes models from 200sq.ft. to 900 sq.ft. with all amenities.and low cost budget. Also there are upto three story apartment complexes in the same concept. How ever Bringing such wonderful concept in our country is highly appreciated. This may make a revolution in house concept in the middle class family. It may be noted two things. 1 Provide employees safety harnesses like helmets safety belt applicable to Indian safety code and standards. 2 since it is steel structure ensure lightning arresters. Once again wishing you all the best wishes to the company. 🙏👍

Very good effort. Not sure how the longevity of the wood is, when exposed to Kerala's climate. മഴ പെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കാറ്റു അടിച്ചു തടി നയയും. വെയിൽ അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ തടി ഉന്നങ്ങും. Will definitely need proper care. Not for the consumer without proper education and understanding.

Remember we lived in wooden homes for centuries. Concrete is a fairly recent concept. People still live in wooden houses in places like assam which is as wet as kerala. But depends on the wood and its treatment.

But there are other wood used elsewhere which we are not so familiar with. They are comparatively cheap. But we need to invest time to learn and find out. These have been used for boat building in other parts of the world. Now available. In our country. Forgot the name. Will update if i recollect. But then newer wood treatments are available too
