yeah, I feel like a rework should a reboot most likely in animated format kike Fuuto PI aka Kamen Rider Double's anime, would work where use the original ideas of the zyu 2 footage where after tommy loses his powers, Lord Zed continued to up his game as the rangers and their Dinozords despite the victories were still by the skin of their teeth and Nimrod the Scarlet Sentinel is what puts an end to the dino megazord and because of Zordon and Alpha trying to not only make a new ranger but also rework the rangers powers to ascend them to a new level with tommmy end up losing their ability to more as their power coins turn to stone symbolizing they've lost their connection to the morphing grid as their swords are fossilized by Zed. then as Tommy returns Zordon revitilizes the rangers powers with the power of thunder as their power coins regain their golden look and the connection to their zords enabled to hear their voices that they still want to fight with their partners and the spirits of their zords including the dragon zord exist in their power coins where it's not a pilot and machine deal, it's a real partnership between a ranger and their zords. then they morph into the dairanger suits for the first time and whether they keep the sequence of reviving and turning their dinozords into thunderzords once or for every episode can be debated from there.

White Light would've been the perfect episode to introduce not just the Thunder Zords, but all 6 Dairanger suits. They could've had Green No More as the end of the Green Ranger and the Dinozords, Missing Green to destroy the powers of the other 4,and Zordon, realizing that Jason can't go on alone, make the White Ranger like powers and Zords for all 6 of them.

I would have liked a little bit more time without Tommy. They should have gotten the new powers after Green no more and been a 5 for 6-8 episodes before adding Tommy back in. That way they could have demonstrated the new powers and zords. Also there's not that many fights/zord battles with the white ranger from Sentai. That was still in the era where the 6th wasn't a real member of the team.

The White Ranger should have appeared at several battles. Then Billy discovers the door of Light, tells the others and they confront Zordon about the White Ranger. Where we get the scene where he drops from above and reveals his identity to the others.

@@matthewrosenthal753 The only problem with that is why would they keep his identity a secret after they finished his powers. They only kept him secret before so that Zedd wouldn't interfere.

@@LloydBaron for that same reason. His first appearances were test runs for the Powers. His identity being a secret is to keep Lord Zedd from interfering as at the time he wanted to recapture Tommy and bring the sixth ranger back to his side as his heir. This was in the original show.

You're right! The Dairanger suits could have been introduced during part 2 of the "White Light" episode! The Dairanger suits deserved better than what they got!

This would of made season 2 better had saban just switched the zyuranger suits for Dairanger suits, could of had actual monster fights through the Dairanger footage. Only reason they didn't change the suits is because they worried about toy sales and no one would watch if the suits changed, if the suits were changed I can bet people still would have watched

This is why the core 5 Dairanger power should have been adapted over. I think Season 2 from Mutiny to Green No More should have been exclusively Zyu2 footage the Z-Putties foot soldiers are placeholders for now. Part of an idea I had for the MMPR introduce of the Dairanger powers. This includes the slow and steady weakening of the Mastodon, Triceratops, Pterodactyl and SaberTooth Tiger (Smilodon) Dinozords. While they are weakening the Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops and SaberTooth Tiger (Smilodon) power coins start showing cracks. During the time between Green Dream and Song of Guitardo, Zedd with forced help from Goldar; Zedd uncovers a chest in an ancient temple with the Aura Chargers. Zedd, using his powers destroys and reconfigures the energy into his own Morphers and coins. The Green No More 2 parter becomes a 4-5 parter with featuring the lighter US made Dairanger suits. We get an on the ground Dark Rangers vs Power Rangers fight and Megazord battles. The Rangers Fight and Megazord battle end with the Nearly shut down/Extremely damaged Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, SaberTooth Tiger zords and power coins. The spell over the Dark Rangers gets broken with the Spirits of the original wearers of the powers. They(Dark Rangers) pass on the powers to the Rangers and evil versions are purifed/replaced with the new versions created from the remains of the Aura Chargers. Jason, Trini, Zack and (secretly) Kimberly are given filters to help with the powers as their are later revealed to be incompatiable. Zordon with Cloaked Ninjors help reforges the Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Sabertooth Tiger powers.

I have an idea the next battle you could create next: Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers vs. Globber (Parts 1, 2, 3) (KakuRanger Footage) where the Alien Rangers would fight Globber to rescue Ninjor and then fight Master Vile. Plus, add the Alien Rangers' respective mecha cockpits and right audio, from MMAR, and have Globber copy the Alien Rangers' power. This way, it will show what should have been like if MMPR's 3rd season had been MMAR in the first place.

I wish they had just done this instead of all that hacked up nonsense in which you see footage of the monsters that the Rangers never really fight. Not to mention all Those battles that Tommy is not even part of because he has to be somewhere else fighting goldar or the putties.

Actually, you could have this as well as the fights between Tommy and Goldar. For the 5 only before Tommy's change. Just use the Megazord as is.

This would have been a perfect way to introduce the White Ranger and I think "Missing Green" could have introduced the DaiRanger suits. What they could've done is a little footage splice with Pipebrain wiping the floor with them, demolishing the Megazord and shrugging off the Power Sword finisher, then four of them are captured by Goldar but Jason gets away in time. Zordon reveals new zords and powerful suits that can protect them from Pipebrain's magic, and then Jason gets his powers first, and using his new DaiRanger powers, used that to free the others, the other four DaiRanger coins restoring the candles and then handing the coins to the other four who escape and then they get free. Or maybe do it the other way around and have them all ride in Red Dragon Thunderzord after being rescued, the reason being the other zords weren't complete yet. It'd have worked out pretty well since the DaiRanger suits look similar to the ZyuRanger suits.

I heard that one reason why is because they where worried that a suit change would hurt the show and kids wouldn't like the change from the suits they had watched for 60 episodes to new suits.

@@RavenRX I always wondered how this would’ve affected me, as a kid MMPR was my favorite the more it changed, the more I started to get away from it but there’s always new kids and I almost don’t like any other suits even though they look good but after I grew up and saw the Dairanger suits, I wish and believe the OG rangers should’ve worn them for season 2. I really wish they did. The suits look so good and they got the zords already so they might as well have had everything. Plus I didn’t love the new zords over the classics but that’s because they didn’t match up completely. I feel like, as they eventually realized, kids would get over it and they like new toys too lol I wish they could “re-enhance “season 2 with the Dairanger suits or something lol
