He is credited with training several doctors both in India and U.S. He was also instrumental in setting up NIMS and shaping it in what is today. However, some useless people will always hate him because he was born in a particular caste.

Yes, low level people will always hate a caste. What did you ever achieve in life? Dr. Subba Rao saved several people and trained several physicians both in India and U.S.. He also turned NIMS Hyderabad into a great institution. Finally, he was also voted one of the best Oncologist in the world. Low IQ people who cannot achieve anything should not judge great people.
