I feel like Jimmy Kimmel, who I normally love, was not being a very respectful host/interviewer here. He was treating her like a kid, and spent most of the time talking about John Stamos. They have mutual friends, they are both working in LA, Jimmy Kimmel was acting like she was a little fan who got John Stamos to come to her party. The fact that Nina had to actually say something about it is a little embarrassing.

I don't think he really wanted to talk about people killing themselves to see what happens on the other side before turning... with his personal situation in all. I wish he could have interviewed Nina more about her movie instead of cutting her off. If Nina was a more mature actress she would have kept the conversation on why she was there instead of the Jimmy bringing up John again and again.

Kendra Planter um that's the interviewers job, not hers lol. She can't pick and choose the questions, that's the whole concept of an interview. Besides she was here specially for Flatliners. Jimmy knew that. I'm sure they discussed what would be the main topic before she came on the show which is why she was confused as to why they kept on talking about John. Jimmy is a good interviewer, but this time he failed.

Neens DV as I said more mature actresses know how to put an interviewer in check. Those actresses will bring the topic back to why they are there in the first place. Nina strategy did not work in this case because she was still being polite. If she came off too direct about how they should be talking about her movie instead, Jimmy may have straightened up a bit and focused on the movie. You have to demand respect and for people to take you seriously. I personally think that Jimmy could not focus on her type of movie because of what he is going through with his own son. I'm not making any excuses for him but sometimes woman have to stand up for themselves. He could not have pulled that with any actor who would have come on his show to discuss their movie.
