Hey guys thanks for the good and honest reaction ! I definitely see how some of nina’s music may lack in some aspects that are seen as important, like development of the background music for this track. I’ll leave my two cents and recommend Nina’s African Reggae, the opening track for the album Unbehagen, the second album that she did with her band called the Nina Hagen Band. She had a lot of synergy with the rest of the band, and you can see it clearly on African Reggae. Here her very diverse vocalizations are backed with similarly interesting backing music. Unfortunately the superior longer version is always deleted on youtube, but what you find should still be good

Thanks for the great feedback. We will add the recommended track into the list. From the little we have covered so far I find her fascinating and love the endeavour to mix multiple genres and experiment with what she clearly loves. I feel like I will passionately love some songs while struggle with others. That being said the creative spark will always be in the track and for that I will always respect the work.
