Reviewing for those who need it: (Im doing this with intermittent fasting, 2L water, April and Shirlyn's leg workouts and Shirlyn's full body workout which im gonna do 4 days a week) Day 1: ✅️ (surprisingly exhausting since I've been thru others similar to this one) Day 2: ✅️ (My legs felt really sore after but it was the first workout of the fay so stayed strong for the other workouts but I can see my thighs differencing a bit even from other workouts) Day 3: ✅️ WAS DYINGGGGGG Day 4: ❎️ Day 5: ✅️ It was much easier Day 6: ❎️ Day 7: ✅️ (it was so much easier) Tests so I'm taking a small break Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Results ☀️☁️: (Note: Like to remind me, but I will watch this everyday for 14 days and write my review everytime I finish this but like to remind me and motivate.)

it’s not impossible! u cant spot reducing fat, which sucks (i know first hand). to have thinner thighs, try doing first a hiit/cardio workout and THEN a leg workout! by doing cardio, you’ll be loosing fat everywhere, and with the leg workout it’ll speed up the process!! remember, results come different for everyone, so if you don’t see it immediately or within 2-3 weeks it’s normal! just keep going

Alright I’m gonna try it, my whole life I have been very slim but my legs are a lot bigger then the rest of my body. Even when I was little they were bigger than my peers legs. (I’ll try my best to finish it) Dream is to have 16 inch legs but for now 19 inches will be good :) Day1 21 and1/2 Day2 I woke up and my legs were super sore (still 21 1/2)super sore legs Day3 my legs felt super goood I got a few complements about my legs I’ll measure them soon they are at 21 inches Day4 they are officially 20 inches Day5 my legs are not that sore superizingly (they are still 20 inches) Day6 still going gonna measure tomorrow Day7 too tired Day8 doing today!! But gonna measure first 20 inches gonna try a new work out as well I don’t feel like this one is doing much Day9 Day10

@@Fluffyducklings22omg i feel your pain, its day 15 of doing this aswell as 2 other thigh workout vids of her. My calves got slightly thinner and also a bit of my thighs haha its tiring. Keep going girly, ik u can do it like me! :)

@@mystardarlingggTy 😊 I literally just recovered from an eating disorder yesterday and I’m not going to give up working out though ( the ed only made me sick not thin ) so I’m going to listen to what my body needs and just work hard for this

yes, but you can also try robin holzken workouts all of the thigh ones that she makes are good :) and they really worked for me but the main thing is consistency, one day you will get your dream body just trust yourself! :)
