That podcast with Theo was pretty good. I've been sober for 5 years and was watching it with someone goin thru withdrawals off of perks. I like to think cause we had a convoy about it that video helped him see that if Sean can pull thru what he went thru that he's able to deal with what he's goin thru and come out the other side. It helped me 2 to if I feel some type of way because of depression I think about Sean and his struggles. I'm not nearly as mentally tough as him but it helps put my mind back in order
