You need to react to her live Lounge performance of this - it's mixed with the dance classic 'let me be your Fantasy and her Stormzy cover of backbone is incredible also! Both are some of the best live Lounge performances I have seen

We knew how good of a vocalist Jade is when she’s still in Little Mix but this side of her vocal styles that’s really showing is impressing me, like it’s a fresh sound for her even tho she’s in this industry for a decade.

I loved this track instantly, with intriguing changes. It comes to life when presented live, with her fantastic vocals and a backing band. I have little to say, Jade has an incredible imagination, presenting a perfect song.

She’s so versatile and in her element, it’s amazing to witness! I think she was vocally never fully embraced within the band because she didn’t get most of the big notes like Perrie or even Leigh. Her solo career thus far shows though what an incredible vocalist she is!

I can tell you that this is not true. Jade was always called the second best vocalist despite not having big notes and Leigh Anne was called the weakest which is obviously a lie. Jade always got her credit Leigh Anne didn’t not jesy. However I think people are just appreciating her vocals solo more because it put in the spotlight instead of a piece of the spotlight.

Her mum loved Diana Ross and Supremes and this certainly has a similar sound and her look is also similar

Hi Nina, I’m new to your channel and liked “the 70’s vibes” here that you enjoyed. I have a singer I’d love you to check out. She’s 21 and sings songs of the 1950’s to 80’s primarily. A few current ones including her originals. I’m going to assume as a vocal coach you are familiar with the GOAT, Karen Carpenter. A different 70’s sound, so to speak. Why her, because the song I’m going to link is a Carpenters cover. The singer I’m linking sang the lead and backing vocals, just like Karen did. It just released on the 6th of November. The singer is Tori Holub (Ha Luhb) and she’s a Carpenters super-fan. You will see a Carpenters sign behind her in her home studio. The producer and magician of the video is James Wilkas. I want to make note that Tori never uses pitch correction. What you hear is her. This was verified on her previous song with James that was analyzed by Fil of Wings of Pegasus, last March. That song is close to 1/2M views but I figured we have a new one, let’s give you the newest one. You could always want more. You might, IMHO. Thanks for reading this the link is below. I’ve subscribed ❤. Joe (They Long To Be) Close To You [Originally by Carpenters] kzbin.info/www/bejne/r6XRlIqXmLp-gKcsi=F-Ge4aCxXlAydIp8 .
