Hi Kathleen! Your finishes look terrific! That was a great frame you found for your Chubby Bee piece. I love how the Gathering Wildflowers came out on the paddles (your bows look perfect!). Such pretty colors! And Bobbin on top of that spool just takes the cake! Absolutely adorable! Loved how you dyed your fabric too. Have a great couple of weeks!

Loved all of your died fabric, pink,yellow and green I see Easter stithing. It all looks fantastic, jus5 put it away for awhile and take it out later you may like it more. Beautiful stitching you have done and great finishes. Thank you.😊

That’s a great idea to put it away and come back to it later! I’ve done that with other things, and by the time I haul them back out, I can’t remember what I was unhappy with. Happy stitching!

Great flosstube Kathleen...love the band sampler. I'm surprised you didn't go to Stitch Con. Fabric dying turned out pretty cool, always a surprise when finished.

Thank you! I’m hoping I can finish the band sampler this year. I had fun at Stitch Con last year, but I found I prefer the smaller retreats. And by smaller, I mean 100-150 people instead of 300-350. lol.

Love that you dyed fabric. Those strawberry colors of fabric that didn’t appeal to you might be good if you rinse out some of the dye and have a more subtle color.

Thank you! It wouldn’t rinse out, but I dyed darker the ones that I didn’t like. Came out with some gorgeous deep colors!

I love that idea! I should have thought of that when I was spilling beet juice making pickled beets a few weeks ago, and it stained the counter. Next time I use beets, I’m going to give that a try.
