I remember taking piano lessons as a kid, thinking how lame it was. Fast forward to one of the biggest rockstars ever performing an outro on the keys.

The first time I ever saw NIN was on this tour in Lexington, KY. This show absolutely blew me away, and when they finally came to this song, I could feel it was the last one. I spent the entirety of it soaking in every moment, appreciating being there, being alive, and realizing how lucky I was to have that moment. I teared up as they took their bows one by one and as Trent played out and finally diminished into the shadows. An experience I will never forget.

The song has something incredibly apocalyptic and yet very hopeful. This mix is wonderful! By the way, I live in NRW in Germany and in the region where I live you have a really similar view from a certain mountain 😂I actually like to sit there at night and listen to Nine Inch Nails because it just fits so well with this album.
