Pino has no stage presence whatsoever but he's a fantastic bass player. NIN isn't exactly know for great bass lines so it's great that Pino's playing the synth on bass. Makes it more interesting.

Is that his signature 63 P bass or a Moollon??

It’s funny that you point it out. He looks the same when he plays with John Mayer and The Who.

I was at this concert. Best concert I’ve ever seen. Pino is magnificent doing what he does.

Drummer deserves extra credit for this one! After second verse, he jumps from drums, to piano, and back again, never missing a beat! Not related, Trent don't wear sleeveless shirts, you make women like me, fourteen years younger than you, have lustful thoughts about you! I'm trying to behave!
@ericawright31998 жыл бұрын
Although Trent, you could probably do an entire show in a bathrobe, and appear no less the EXTREMELY perfect beauty of a man, that you are! So it doesn't really matter.
@ericwilliams83128 жыл бұрын
This is not a drummer. He's a percussionist (there is a difference). Good catch, though. I didn't notice that badassery.
@ericawright31998 жыл бұрын
I actually met him last month! Ilan Rubin is great!! Badassery is great! He does it all! Guitar and vocals for his band new regime!....comments about Trent yikes!! I was likely self medicating. I feel shy now...well I guess I learn from things like that!
@razors987 жыл бұрын
He also deserves credit for playing in 29/8

I love tapping out the drums when I'm bored. It's a very engaging pattern inside the odd time signature

Please make Pino a permanent NIN member. Best bassist they ever got. Listen to the live version of sanctified and tell me that by itself doesnt get him a slot. Damn fine bass player

Pino is phenomenal. I was a huge NIN fan in high school and now as an adult I'm a huge D'Angelo fan, and it's really special to have this versatile and talented bassist that I absolutely love connecting the two of them.

Pino Palladino. Never heard of him up until now. He is now in my top ten of the world's best bass players. It took just one music video to see what he is capable of and he just convinced me. As simple as that.

That too, Trent won't shut the fuck up with HEY! now on every tour since the BYIT tour, which was actually decent when he brought out the HEY! then.......
@somatonusbewegenmitwohl-fu216710 жыл бұрын
Hi Ryan and ArcticinVein. Definately Trent is getting older. His `hey` is not only meant for motivation or whatever. It has to do with breathing. A loud `hej` is a very powerful exhalation. It helps him not getting short of breath. As a long-term NIN-fan I`m very familiar listening to TR`s voice. I guess he`s quite aware of his voice, breathing ... He has always played with his breathing. Once you`ve realized that you can`t overhear it.
@whippybox92718 жыл бұрын
+ArcticinVein I don't have a problem with the HEY, I think it's awesome. It's a live version and gives it more energy. HEY
