Nigerians just started listening to and appreciating S.A house music recently and her house has a slightly different texture to it. When Nigerian think of S.A house , Khona (Mafikizolo) comes to mind. And this song has a different texture/swing to it compared to Khona. When we think of SA music generally the Kwato sound comes to mind and some early 2000s type of house beats

@@kpqhibi1835 Hi Shangaan. I am a Nigerian and i have been listening to house music since 1986! House Music is not from Africa, it originated from USA: Chicago to be precise and off House Music came another genre in Europe: Acid-House . It became an S.A thing at the turn of the century and i am happy for you guys. Let's all enjoy the music & groove to it. Nigerians know House-music but we do not have a localized version of it. For your fun & enjoyment search for music by Farley Jackmaster Funk & JM Silk: two notable trackmasters/pacesetters in this genre from Chicago.
