Ninja demonstration in Iga Ueno, Japan. This little town is near Nara City, and that is where we were staying. We took the train over one day and we were glad we did.

i practiced in a dojo in Paris, my master was an ancient student of Hatsumi Sensei who is actually the Soke (regent and chief) of 9 ninjutsu scool and clans. I was not claiming anything but a simple affirmation of my admiration toward these men on the videos, so stop being agressive with me... and if you want to know anything about Hatsumi-sensei, or his sensei Takamatsu (the mongolian tiger) just ask. And just pull it together, i don't need any problems... ; )

@shinobitech13 You are incorrect. I was a missionary in Japan for two years and had the honor of meeting the father and son who run Iga Ueno Ninja facility. They are actually registered Ninja. While they may not be out stealing secret documents (most of what they did, not just killing), they are fluent in all ways of the Ninja.

why would you tie a rope to his neck if you already took out his vision, weapon and both of his legs? Wouldn't it be easier to just slit his throat at that moment, rather than gaining possesion of his head.. which is harder btw

even if he/she was acting condescending, is that any reason to justify the implications? And no, I simply wished to give an outsiders opinion to your agument. And (not to sound rude) but I believe that you two left an open invitation for others to comment on your argument when you decided to do it on an open forum...

@Deathbringer99699 No they are not...they are some clowns acting like being ninjas for money making a funny show. It is just dumb. REAL Ninjas do not engage in fights if possible actually fighting skills are least important for a ninja if you need to engage in combat you have already failed - a sniper is closer to being a ninja then great martial artists. And a Ninja kills in the most silent, efficient way possible this the rope thing here was completly unnecessary
@ArphenMaethor
@ArphenMaethor 12 жыл бұрын
@shinobitech13 Well at least some really did ;) But Ninjutsu is not about killing - not only. Some ninjas never killed anyone but worked as spies. Gaining information is at least as important as assasinating techniques

ok wonderful... so are you claiming hatsumi lineage? or the iga ueno mayor who claims fujita taught him iga ryu ( he also said that fujita only knew iga ryu not koka[how very ninja LMAO]) i only have a problem with people claiming shit they cant back up... therefore, fake ninjas are an entertaining passtime. that aside.. the last practitioner of ninjutsu was Seiko Fujita, he died over 40 years ago and didnt teach ninjutsu to anyone,

@Creationsofmyown & @Taiji92 woah-woah-woah you two! I'm sorry to intrude on your argument but here's my two-cents: Creationsofmyown; there is no need to act so hostile towards a person who is only offering help and while he/she may have misquoted something its better to reveal the error gently. and Taiji92; while I can understand your returned hostility, it is better to turn the other cheek and maintain the composure I KNOW you have...thank you for your time you two! ;)

川上仁一, he's 63 Japanese and also said to be the last ninja. He's the 21st successor of the Ninja skill 甲賀流. He has the skills of ninja with 500years of histories taught by his "teacher", which is how he gets the name. He said "Ninja combines knowledge of Physical, Mental, chemical, psychology and weather. There're lots of paths 4 ninjas, not just only killing. Now ninjas can only make bombs and poison, not using em. He refuse to hv any student n said in this modern world doesnt need ninjas."

@XiaoLinLong Iga and Koga are two prefectures in Japan. As I recall hearing, long ago the two were but one, which was Iga. It is taught (by some) that Ninjutsu first developed as an art of war between warring clans within Iga. The skills were developed between skills of samurai, and warrior monks from the mountains. When the provinces were divided, there became Iga ryu (ryu = school) and Koga ryu. Long story short, nothing. They are the same thing. However, every school teaches different things

@levaiatenne Actully, the kunai was usually made of iron as it was a farming tool, not a weapon. It then became a weapon of opportunity for the lower classes who were not allowed to carry swords over two shaku in length in the effort to defend themselves from the corrupted Samurai class.
