It's not that the remarks are ment to be unkind. It's more of ' this is not really a true comparison'. Maybe a better title would be 'why I like my instant pot and separate air fryer better then ninja foodi. She doesn't say why she prefers the two that did not do as well as the ninja. I gave my Instapot away because I feel the Foodie is far superior. My test is on spareribs. You can season then pressure cook your ribs 15-20 min. and then apply sauce. I add another 15 minutes and broil or air fry. I check every 5 minutes and love that they brown. Yum! I have the 6.5 size and do not have a lot of room so its size is problematic for me. But I do love it.

I just bought a Ninja Foodi to replace my well-used Instant Pot, as I've got a tiny, tiny kitchen and wanted an air fryer in addition to a pressure cooker - so having this extra functionality rolled into a single device made it a no-brainer, despite the cost. I've not used the Ninja much yet, but the extra time saved by how much more quickly it comes to pressure makes a big difference for me, and its air fryer mode is absolutely awesome - so I think that it roundhouse-kicks the Instant Pot's can all over the place. It's not even close. I've read a few things from people saying that the Ninja Foodi is MUCH BIGGER than the IP, but in truth its footprint is only a little bigger. It is however about twice the weight of the IP and you need some extra space above and to the left of the device to open it up, so if you've got low-hanging kitchen units you might struggle a bit with it. If you've got the room though, I'd say go with the Foodi.

The pot should be able to be replaced with a standard rice cooker pot.
@Hankster.Northwest3 жыл бұрын
Using metal utensils in any cooker is foolish, always use silicone or if you don't like that, then wood. However food grade silicone is safe and non-corrosive and hard-wearing. Ive had my Ninja foodi for nearly two years and found it unbeatable. The Instant-pot and the Ninja foodi are reviewed fairly even but Ive noticed that the reason they are that way, although the Ninja has more uses and is more practical, is that many of the ladies who have reviewed both have used the Instant-pot in the past and simply do not want to make the change. Like another commenter says, if the Ninja is rated even at worst and superior at best, there is your answer however I get that some would rather not change. Btw Ive never scratched the ceramic pots and I have two of them, it makes it so convenient having two when cooking a large or diverse presentation. So finally I would say, if you haven't purchased either of them, go with the Ninja, takes up smaller space in one machine since you'd have to buy a separate air fryer and there's no question an air fryer is an essential kitchen tool these days. Best wishes and I hope whichever choice you make that you benefit and are successful in your kitchen. Ahp

To make a comparison between two different types of cooking machines is equal amounts in both machines to get a more accurate answer. Just in my opinion not to mention it also depends if you have the room in your cooking area. Like I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment but there isn't much room for really anything but I make room to do what I have to then after cleaning up back it goes in it's own place just like my huge pressure cooker elite; it is a bit of inconvenience but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!!! lol peace & God BLESS 😇🙏✌🤗
