The title is misled. It's not "Chole(Chickpeas)". it's "Pili Matar(Yellow Pea)". Yellow Peas is delicious in taste compared to Chickpeas. If you guys ever plan to visit Kolkata then I recommend you try out the street food called "Ghugni" that made up of yellow peas with special seasoning spices. The authentic taste of it going to make this meal completely satisfying.
