@@archi5816 Souga is on par with and arguably stronger than Morven. Like V1, CSS benefits from being below 30% HP for increased damage. He also has an added skill that reduces weapon cooldown when used. Itsuru is mainly about using weapons for progressively stronger hits (maxes out after 3 wep attacks). Feather of wind gets more screen coverage for her and also gives invincibility frames when used. If you're good at surviving with less than half health so you can increase damage, CSS is the way to go. If you prefer to play a bit safer, use Itsuru.
