Console and controller players are 2 different things. Playing on a PS4 (console) matches you with other people on PS4 with aim assist, and limited settings and FPS. Nick plays controller on PC, giving him aim assist with almost unlimited FPS against pc players, which is unfair in a lot of cases. Nick is a cool and funny guy, but Ninja is right here.

When Skill-Based Matchmaking was added: This is so stupid my games are all just try-hards now this update is so bad! Just no, they're players who are as good at the game as you and are being matched up with you to make it fair. As opposed to there being a bunch of bad players/noobs you can just obliterate and get like 15 kills per game. Sure it's fun, but think about what it's like on the other side. My last games of Fortnite before I quit for a while were just me running into a "try-hard", not being able to keep up with what's going on and getting killed easily, and trust me when I say it was really annoying. Skilled Matchmaking was actually what got me back into the game cause it meant it was actually playable now and I could understand most fights and therefore improve. Of course that means the game's gonna be much harder for good players and I get it if it's annoying at first, but I don't see how it should be considered an actual issue with the game. By complaining about being matched with people of your skill level and wanting to go back to a bunch of bad players, that would have a similar effect to smurfing.
