It’s very smart of them to release the mode a few days after chapter 6 releases. It gives everyone about a week to get a feel for the map and its mechanics. And if some of the player base isn’t for it, then the permanent chapter 1 mode is a fantastic alternate, as is the reload mode.

I feel the worst thing about Chapter 6 is gonna be either bullet drop or some new unoptimized mechanics, this is why they bringing back OG as a permanent mode to make sure there is something to play if the main mode flops. And just like it's happening rn it's gonna be more people playing modes like reload,og ch1 and mabe something else. The main mode is gonna be again prioritizing collaborations over actual experience or good gameplay.
