I'm not sure how to remove the handle. I not sure if I make any video on how to remove the handle and how to clean it. You will have to look and see if I make any video on that. I don't keep records on what videos or what I repair it to much videos I make to keep records on everyone.

Hi. Ok is like this. I didn't make a video on how to open it because i know is the gears that gone. Because of my 13 years of experience. But to get to the gears is very tricky to take it apart at first. I can't remember how I took it apart. I didn't get change to make a video. But when I get another one like that I'll make a video on how to take it apart and locate the gears.

I not sure about your model you have if it have a safety switch. I don't think I fix any one like what you have. But you can look at the manual book and find the safety switch if it have any.

Good day Sir, I have that same blender but my problem is that only the single serve cup works. The power light keeps blinking when I try to use the jug or the processor. I made sure to close properly, line up the arrows but it still blinking. Please help me.

Now I can't remember everything. But I think you need to clean the mug clean I think it have a pin on the mug to activate the blender. Can't remember. Sometimes you just need to clean the both blender and mug and line them up right. If those things ain't work. Then it could be the circuit board is the problem.

No. I haven't find the plastic gears. I try many times with the items brand name and serial number but no luck. All the 3 gears work together same speed.
