lmao im not defending ninja i couldnt care less about him or any drama. but controller is SOO broken that half of the pro players are leaving this season to go play valorant competitively because fortnite competitive is a joke. Linear is way too strong in this current meta, and considering an average controller player who only plays 2 hours a day can beat a KBM pro (who has spent over 1k hours doing aim training practice) is just dumb. On average, 20 out of the top 30 cash cup winners are controller in the latest two cash cups, and 41/50 FNCS top duos had atleast 1 controller player in the duo.

Nick is a content creator. The whole pro scene is complaining and quitting over the aim assist debate. Streamers/content creators are playing more casually and to make money through content, so they are less in tune with the general sense of the competitive community. Around 30-40 of the top keyboard and mouse pros have quit to move to Valorant, all because controller players are just taking over cash cups, FNCS and tournaments. Mouse and keyboard is at such a disadvantage nowadays it's not even worth playing anymore. Epikwhale (3nd place world cup winner), permanently switched to controller last season because of the current state of aim assist, and psalm (2nd place world cup) has now quit for Valorant aswell. Not to mention Bugha, Tfue, Liquid 72hrs, Liquid Cented, and loads of other pro players are now switching/learning controller because it's so broken. Aim assist is just a way for Epic Games to make the game easier for casual players, so they continue to play and buy skins for Epic Games to make revenue. It's sad to see a game with such competitive potential, go to waste, and become so noncompetitive that half of the community is divided, we don't have any information from the company itself, and the only way to make money is to play on controller.

Dude if you’re doing a cross platform game, aim assist is needed, that is literally the only way to somewhat balance out a clear advantage to keyboard mouse player... aim assist barely even does anything anyways, it just slows you down a tad bit when over quickly to an enemy. It doesn’t keep you locked on or anything like , you still need to manage recoil etc.. ugh I hate when PC players complain about this topic.. If you play controller on PC it literally locks onto people and will track them even through walls. That's what people are complaining about. Controller on PC is so strong that you don't need to be a skilled player to use it, because once you lock onto a target, it's very hard to move your crosshair away from their player body because the aim assist is pulling your crosshair onto their body constantly. Pro players are complaining about this unfair advantage towards controller players because THOUSANDS of dollars/euros are on the line, and a KBM player will lose 100% in a fair aim duel to a controller player because aim assist is so strong in it's current state. It's the PRO community/competitive scene that is complaining, not the casual players like Nick Eh 30 (who is a casual streamer) or just some random kids in a YT comment section who don't play cash cups or in FNCS

Aim assist and movement are the only advantage we have building and editing is way better on pc. Like yeah your aim is better but I bet u can’t build or edit when it matters. I’ve yet to see these pc players that say controller is easy do a retake let alone some simple 90s.

Ninja doesn't play competitive anyway. Nick is a content creator. The whole pro scene is complaining and quitting over the aim assist debate. Streamers/content creators are playing more casually and to make money through content, so they are less in tune with the general sense of the competitive community. Around 30-40 of the top keyboard and mouse pros have quit to move to Valorant, all because controller players are just taking over cash cups, FNCS and tournaments. Mouse and keyboard is at such a disadvantage nowadays it's not even worth playing anymore. Epikwhale (3nd place world cup winner), permanently switched to controller last season because of the current state of aim assist, and psalm (2nd place world cup) has now quit for Valorant aswell. Not to mention Bugha, Tfue, Liquid 72hrs, Liquid Cented, and loads of other pro players are now switching/learning controller because it's so broken. Aim assist is just a way for Epic Games to make the game easier for casual players, so they continue to play and buy skins for Epic Games to make revenue. It's sad to see a game with such competitive potential, go to waste, and become so noncompetitive that half of the community is divided, we don't have any information from the company itself, and the only way to make money is to play on controller.

@@pipluphq Today I'm just starting to think that fortnite was just a stupid game, people complain alot, they're trying to act as if they're so special that they should always be ontop, so many toxic players, and epic games is not informing THEIR loyal community along with having fair additions. Indeed I do feel like aim assist should be nerfed, but not to the point where it must be taken out. I suggest for the auto tracker part of aim assist to be taken out and allow aim assist to only slow down a players aim when they are near an opponent. I dont want to say too much since I mainly play on console so I wouldn't know too much about how PC players play, but I do think that I am aware enough as a player to come up with an idea of how aim assist should change.

@@pipluphq Many casual players don't usually practice from what I know which is why they think that they need it which is wrong. Aim assist needs to be nerfed. But keyboard and mouse players are also in the wrong since they complain in a way that makes all controller players look like as if they have no skill, like aim assist is doing all the work.
