Does it always land on the tip? Or does it sometime miss the rotation?

You have to calculate the rotation of it based on power of the throw and distance

@@Workof You have it in your hand, so it’s gonna do at least 90 degrees spin. “No spin” means just “no 360” spin

@@yellow13_ Not necessarily. Depends on the throwing style used. Ralph Thorn style will have it do 90 degrees or more. BIM style has it closer to 30 degrees, if any at all. Otherwise, it consistently looks more like a shot arrow.

It's possible to throw it with close to zero spin. Think of how if you whirl around a stick tied to a string and let it go, it won't spin much, it will go straight. It's functionally more like that.

Not a ninja skill. Ninja/shinobi no mono was just job/specialization for samurai or ashigaru just like gunner or archer. But shinobi no jutsu = art of spying only teaches skills in spying, scouting, counta spyonage. It does not add any new matrial art skills or special weapons just for the spies + people that specialize in it (samurai or ashigaru) would be already matrial artists. That shinobi could know art of throwing shurikens has nothing to do with him begin one, nor is it any unique "shinobi only" skill/weapon.
