This series/ season looks A.W.E.S.O.M.E! Excited to see what Ninjago’s got for us. Although, I wonder where Jay, Cole, Zane, Wu & P.I.X.A.L are? Also, I love the futuristic stuff in this, I’m a sucker for Sci-Fi & Cyberpunk stuff so I always find it cool when Ninjago dips into more futuristic things.

I think that the empress and her forces are probably from another realm, and came to Ninjago through the merge, now wanting to conquer the merged realms. Overall really excited to see this! Just hope we get to see some of Jay, Cole, and Zane

My theory is that Arin and Sora could potentially be the new elemental masters of time and the villains of this new season could be trying to bring back the brothers of time and they need the current masters of time to do it. BTW this new season looks incredible and I can’t wait for it to come out! That new city or town give me shintaro and cloud kingdom vibes.

Some of that stuff in the preview reminds me of nexo knights tbh…also I know someone said there is an unknown woman on the set leak for ninjago 2023, I feel like that’s Jay’s Mother (I could be wrong because I haven’t seen the leak), however something is just telling me that there gonna talk about Jay’s Mother in the upcoming season or the season after this one…also you guys don’t have to keep telling people Jay’s mom was shown in season 7 we already know that obviously but we don’t know that backstory to why and cliff gave up jay and what happened to her and if she is alive or not. I know there was a scrapped scene in prime empire when they were supposed to show a flashback of Jay’s Mother running with Jay in her hands if they still use that I don’t think Chen and clouse were the ones chasing her because they were trapped on the island, I think that villain who was chasing her hasn’t been scene yet.

The neon blue and neon red Ninjargon lettering at 1:04 in this video says "CROSS ROADS." The shot angle at 4:08 in this video reminds me of when Jay, Cole, and Zane were stalking Kai in the pilot episodes, 12 years ago. Lloyd may be attempting to recruit those two as Ninja.

The Ninjargon on the neon sign at the marketplace/hub for mech racing type place translates as "Cross Roads". The giant eye creature at the end of the trailer matches the motif and colour scheme on the villains from Lego Dreamzzz. I wonder if there'll be more of a crossover with Dreamzzz than was suggested in the Dreaming Ninja shorts

It would be pretty cool if that was Krux. It actually makes sense too because if you remember the very last time we saw Krux and Acronix at the end of The Hands of Time season, they were using their time machine to go far into the future, which could be why there are so many futuristic stuff everywhere! Krux might have formed a new army in the future and gone back in the past to the ninja to get revenge on them. But the question is, if that guy is Krux, then where is Aconix? I think if it really is Krux, then Aconix just probably wasn't shone in the trailer to not give it away that it's them, or they just didn't use any clips with him in the trailer, like how they didn't show Zane, Cole and Jay.

If you remember from the very first trailer-Lloyd saved Arin, who looked very young; now Arin is older and he has Lloyd’s mask which is slightly dirty and aged. It’s as if Arin kept it for a long time. Theory is that this season has a time skip between the Merge and when Arin and Sora are teenagers.

What if Ninjago Dragons Rising will be split into three for one season (or just three seasons connected).You could have Krux against Lloyd, Kai, Nya, and the new ninja, while the second part is Wu, Zane, Jay, Cole, and maybe some more new ninja against Acronix. The third part would be them all reuniting to fight Krux and Acronix.

My theory for dragons rising I first off think that Cruks and Acronix went far into the future and gained a ton of knowledge of the future ninjago and then with aron and sora they could be Loyds future kids as sora takes on loyds dark powers and aron takes on his energy powers.
