It is. The ninja weren't young teenagers during their first recruitment. I would place them at around 18 or 19 years old. It makes much more sense seeing their independence and privilege to do things they're wouldn't be allowed to as kids(drive, etc.). Btw, in the Royal Blacksmiths(season 1 ep 9), Cole talks as if its been a few years since he was still a kid. Same in Child's Play(Season 2, ep 5), they are all happy that "they aren't kids anymore". 14 year olds wouldn't talk about being kids as if its a thing of the past, as they still technically are kids. All in all, the age placement in this video makes no sense and wasn't very well thought out. I would place the ninja at around 18 or 19 in the beginning, and they slowly inch further into adulthood throughout the show. One more thing, the age of Zane is pretty much irrelevant. Zane could be 400 years old and still appear as a young adult like how he was in the pilot episodes. His "age" is more linked towards his maturing and experiences, rather than years.

Zane's age makes sense but the others' don't. They are surely not 13 or 14 or even 15 at the beginning, because that would be way too young. They were able to drive, so they must've been at least 17 or 18. Also, in Skybound, Nya wouldn't have been able to marry Nadakhan, if she were only 16. If they were actually that young, they would've been extremely mature and grown-up for their age. In addition, if they were teachers at the beginning of season 2, they must've been at least 19, considering that not more than a year could've passed between season 1 and 2. So, assuming that each season doesn't take longer than about 6 months or so, they would be around 23, including Lloyd, who I think was actually the age of 8 to begin with and then aged up to 18, which could've been about the same age as the rest. Of course, Lloyd would be treated like the youngest, because in fact, he is, just his way of thinking and body changed as you all know. First off, it's P.I.X.A.L. Second, she can't have been created before the final battle between lloyd and the overlord, because New Ninjago City wasn't created until AFTER the final battle. So since she was probably created along with New Ninjago City, by the time Ninjago Season 3: Rebooted aired, she was probably near a year old.

While childhood can mean what you say it wouldn’t make sense for Lloyd to be the eldest. Childhood can also mean up until 13 so I believe he became just younger than nya by less than a year. It’s clearly mentioned in possession by one of the characters that when Lloyd’s voice becomes deeper because of Morro they say “is he going through puberty” or something like that. And then in sons of Garmadon which I don’t think came out when you made this post they say his voice has finally lowered and that he’s growing up. I don’t know about you but I’m pretty sure that stuff is supposed to happen before you become an adult

It has been revealed that when the series started cole was 14 and so is Nya, which makes Kai 16 (known to be two years older then Nya) Zane being a nindroid was around 40 or something. Jay I couldn’t find his age while doing my research but I imagine him being around 14 probably 15 when the series started. Lloyd was 8 that’s kinda obvious. Jeon Cake I think Lloyd was closer to 9 and was just immature even for his age because Garmadon was banished 10 years ago and Misoko said that he loved Lloyd which he couldn’t do if he didn’t know about him meaning he must have been at least conceived just around 10 years prior to Lord Garmadons escape. This means Lloyd probably couldn’t be 8 unless you managed to find the exact perfect date and therefore I think he was a young 9 year old

Avery Baskins, the Sword of Sanctuary was last seen with Lloyd when he fought Morro upon the last episode of season five. We can all only assume the sword is within Lloyd's possession. Either that or Lloyd (and the ninja) hid it somewhere for protection. However, the sword's exact location is currently unknown. Hoped this helped!
