I'm a patient, not student. Papillary thyroid cancer with metastasis, primary hyperparathyroidism hyperplasia (now no parathyroids or thyroid), now need testing for Cushing's since I have an adrenal myelolipoma. Thanks so much for all you do! Understanding these conditions from your expertise!

I have stage four non-small cell lung, cancer and a new nodule, I think it’s called a micro blaster or something like that I don’t know, I have secondary adrenal insufficiency caused by the immunotherapy that I took. I take thyroid medicine, prednisone, calcium, and potassium every day. If I don’t, I cannot even walk. I cannot even walk with it. I was 101 pounds two weeks ago and now I’m 100 and 6 pounds, I got so so weak, so always wondered what was happening, anyway my question is how long do I get to live with this disease?,,, And I mostly want to pray for all the people that suffering in the world also.

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. With stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer, the average survival is often around 6-11 months, but some people do beat the odds and live for years. It really depends on the spread and individual response to treatment. I truly hope you beat the odds. Your strength in thinking of others is truly inspiring. Stay strong❤
