Awesome review and presentation. Very helpful. For Alport, there are Alport related conditions that do NOT necessarily involve hearing deficit or lens issues and may become more prominent in adults; though hematuria from a young age or family history of hematuria are commonly reported. Zach mentioned genetic testing, which is very helpful for pointing out Alport related conditions in addition to classic Alport.
