One of my favorite video series I have ever seen, I have watched all your videos. Probably the best dual sport bike ever made. I got my 92 dr350 for $700 with only 4200 miles on it with a 5 gallon tank and super Trapp exhaust, it "didn't run" turned out I just needed bypass the neutral switch switch. I look forward to many years of great riding and exploration on the old girl.

Hi, I carry a selection of small sockets and combination spanners, only the sizes used on the bike. Two large ring spanners for the front and rear spindle nuts. These are welded together to form one combination spanner. A few allen keys, including ones large enough to remove the inspection covers on the stator cover so that I can get to the timing marks on the flywheel. I have a special spanner for setting the tappet clearances, it is an odd square drive. Feeler gauges for setting tappet clearances. Screw driver bits that I can use with the socket set, with some small flats for working on the carb. Plug spanner. Zip ties. 2x tire levers and puncture repair kit. Special tool for fishing the valve through the valve hole in the rim when fitting a new tube. Drift for removing wheel bearings. Miniature RS multimeter. Emergency cable repair kit. Small stick of epoxy putty. Most of the tools live wrapped up in an old rag bound together with bands made from old inner tube. This fits into a tool holder made out of 10cm diameter aluminium pipe fitted to a custom holder that bolts to the rear frame opposite the exhaust.
