Very promising. Parts of this is excellent. It is much better after 0.44 when they dance without hold.

No it died when they stayed side by side for like an hour. But promising indeed.

This performance did not alter my initial impression of this couple at all. It seems like they’ve chosen raw, unrefined power as their weapon of choice. However, we do see what happens when they fail to muscle their way through- dead and technically impoverished dancing emerges at record speed. She has not benefited from this partnership at all and is turning quickly from a distinct into a rather mediocre Latin dancer

@@ficklefialka309 0.53 -- 0.58 a feminine Nino. I agree that she is muscle-dancing much of the rest. The cuteness of Nino suffers. Cha-cha is LIGHT dance, quick and light and cute, and lovely teasing. I was hugely against the partner split, as I loved Nino and Austin tremendously. She was very special, even shy, and let´s see how this develops.

Looks like he is dragging her through the routines. They need to cool it and connect with each other. This in no way resembles her dancing with Austin, which was beautiful. Go figure.

Partnership is ok for me if it would be use in a good way. I mean if male and female roles will be highlited. What I see now is two males competing with each other who has more power. On the other hand Nino is a fantastic dancer, for me the best, and I wish them star future with world winner title.

He’d make a decent Senior dancer with those flappy, pigeon-toed feet -not trying to be funny, just stating facts-but pro world title? Nah

@@ficklefialka309 pfffttt, I think I commented sometime ago on his inability to move his weight over his feet correctly, which significantly affects his body speed. As you say he tries to muscle through it, and it looks like hard work.

Only riccardo and yulia can power through their routine without looking like they’re trying too hard. I hope they control that energy as they progress on their dancing.

Andrei is great. He is trying hard to look very equal to Nino which is a hard feat for ANY dancers in the world. I hope they can continue and work on the connections and how to take turns in the partnership. But Andrei does not look overpowered or overshadowed as people concerned. People nowadays expect a semi finalist like Andrei to be an instant finalist in the get-go. How can a person in choosing Andrei as throwing Nino's career away? Props for Andrei for trying to make this partnership works. Does Andrei have some way to go with improving technique, timing and partnering like EVERYONE does? Yes. Is it impossible to be there. A sane person has to say no.

I find Nino's leg action a bit odd. Something is always a bit off for me. Very bendy.
