i may be mistaken, but i heard somewhere that the weight of a joint in a persons inventory is scuffed and showing it as much more than it should be. that may be where people are getting criminal possession charges from? in which case its selective enforcement, knowing that its clearing a mistake of coding but deciding to mess people over because of it.
