If everyone here was watching closely, that afternoon all the boys were playing like Real Madrid having their day on a fascinating champions league night. I mean they all played with some kind of high spirit and enthusiasm like never before. You just look at how Rüdíger played, like a winger all time going forward, Odoi turning into mini Hazard, RLC becoming like Yaya Toure. They all played with joy that day. I didn't know that particular team decided to give Tuchel and the fans great times sometimes and other time, bad moments, inconsistency.

....And then Boehly arrived at Chelsea and acted like a bull in a china shop - smashing everything around him. Or rather, he acted as the stereotypical American - knew nothing about football, and didn't care that he knew nothing about it .....or that none of his 'inner circle' did either - and still don't. They're all clueless. Because of this, the club are where they are now. Perhaps it's some kind of 'karma' for ruining what was a club who knew how to win, how to win trophies, and who had people who knew how to find the best prospects without paying silly money for them .....as Boehly's team are now routinely doing now. Btw, the scouting team at Chelsea arent that great. They're nothing like as good as they were under Abramovich. And the recruitment strategy is all over the place - STILL, after almost 18 months of ownership under Boehly. It's not good. Not good at all. Boehly has effectively destroyed the club.
