22:03 Denpamen was a weird series on the 3DS eShop where the gimmick was that you take your 3DS to different places then use the camera to look for and capture the characters that you use in your party in the RPG. The game would use nearby WiFi networks your 3DS could see (you didn’t have to connect to them) to generate what elements and abilities the Denpamen had. Dunno how this Switch version works and if you still need to take your Switch around so it can detect different WiFi networks though, or if they just take that part out.

I'm stoked for the new Zelda. I understand some people may be apprehensive about the combat, but I really don't see a world where Nintendo just swaps the characters around. They're obviously going to try something different, and I think it looks fun. We'll see!

Agreed! If we’re gonna play as a different character, I think it would be a bit silly to have it play exactly the same. Making it more puzzle-focused is a cool direction!

Yeah unfortunately Zelda fanbase is one of the worst fanbase ever. Nintendo is pushing boundaries in terms of what you can do in video games, and putting game mechanics and innovations 10 year ahead of its time, but all core Zelda fans want ocarina of time with better graphics.

Yeah, I can't be disappointed by what they showed for Echos of Wisdom. Zelda has possessed the Triforce of Wisdom in previous games. It makes sense that she's not going to be all about direct combat. Relying on her/the player's brainpower makes plenty of sense, and it appears there will still be combat... just not in the same way as when you're Link. I commend Nintendo for taking a game in a new direction and being true to the character. Simply replacing Link with Zelda, but having her do the exact same things wouldn't be true to the character nor would it be fun for the audience beyond the initial novelty. I'm hoping she/we get to play an instrument as her; perhaps the OOT or Sheik's harp.

It looks fun. Frankly it s got a nod to building syst from totk. Cause frankly it was more a wisdom thing. The art choice is great. They want to go slowly to see how people would react. It s also that people were expecting zelda to be playable in totk.

They don't tell us who's developing their games because they find that it distracts from the game itself. Kit and Krysta covered this, and Nintendo's mentality is basically, "Why do you need to know now? You're going to find out when you play the game and read the credits."

Fantastic Direct. Metroid Prime 4 finally being shown would have been enough for me, but the new Mario & Luigi, and Zelda game also have me really excited. It's also great that Ace Attorney Investigations 2 is finally getting localized. Dragon Quest HD-2D trilogy and Mio also look really cool. It's been a long time since I've been this happy with a Nintendo Direct.

Nintendo already mentioned this before in an interview. That's why Zelda can never have bloodlust, yes it's too much to ask. There's hundreds of bloodlusted female characters in other games, play them.

Metroid Prime 4 looks so disappointing to me. When I saw Prime Remaster I thought "wow if they are making prime remaster this good, I cannot imagine how prime 4 will be". Looks like it is same. Space pirate animations looks same. Shooting also seems same. This game should've come 4 years ago really. For now I won't think about this game and hope a better version when next system arrive.
