Thanks, this instruction worked great! I did struggle with using a standard screw driver, so I purchased a 2.5 tri-wing screw driver (inexpensive on Amazon) and it worked perfectly.

Amazing! Worked great 👍. I got a wavebird at my local pawn shop and they said it has been sitting for 5 years so I got it for 60 out the door! Looks literally almost new even the oem joysticks have the bumpy texture on them still 😳! Anyway I get home the wavebird powdered right on no issues but I got nothing from the dongle at all. Turns out the dongle was verry oxidized inside around the bottom pins and on the top receiver! I cleaned it up just like you did and it works like the day it was purchased 😁😁! Thanks for the video my man. 👌👌🖖

Mine just keeps flickering it’s reading everything but analog sticks.

I have a problem with one too. Stick is not at the center, I mean, it changes. It's a problem because you need to run and character just don't run. Receiver blinks and all becomes erroneous, I cleaned joysticks potentiometer but problem persists. I even changed a potentiometer and It has no use.
