This... I'm speechless. Bowser os my favorite character in Mario, and you almost perfectly described him in this video. His wild antics to get what he wants (bro started to play Mario Kart... and got a random bulldozer), his brutal fighting style (just watch the second half), his bully personality (flexing), his goofy side (fighting with seemingly the intent of killing Yoshi, yet randomly putting in a Shin Shoryuken and then WWE wrestling slam), his compassion as a king (he seemed to want to kill Yoshi, but he just wanted to geach him a lesson in his own way), and the smug side of him (how he was casually laying in the Clow Kart while Yoshi was helplessky tied up on the flying bulldozer). This animation really make him feel how he is, strong, powerful, intimidating... and the King of Awesome.

The way you made Bowser's shell adjustable while still feeling like a part of his body was REALLY well done! It normally hugs Bowser's shoulders to maintain his classic hunched stance for shots like 0:32, but can ALSO shift to allow him to straighten/twist his back for poses like 0:42 or 2:13. Compared to your Bowser from 2 years back, this really is an amazing improvement!
