One thing I'll say: I gotta give credit to Nintendo Land for having an interesting concept. Combining all of their respective game series into a imitation attraction park for your Miis was creative. I can also agree with you that they did gave some charm into the party games. With Donkey Kong Crash Course having you also collect bananas, which came from DKC, down to Metroid Blast different types of modes, similar to MP2: Echoes multiplayer mode. So, yeah. Although some games look cool, some others not so much, they do have that Nintendo feeling. Also, great video!

The Penguin's Ice Cream Melted great video! Nintendo Land was a lot of fun, and I remember playing it a lot with friends. I agree with a lot of your thoughts on these games... EXCEPT what you said about Octopus Dance. That one's actually one of my favorites ;_; I remember there being rumors that Nintendo Land was going to get updates later on with new games (which obviously never happened). Don't recall where or from who I heard that, but I wonder if that was ever really in the cards

That Luigi's mansion game on Nintendo land was a really fun multiplayer game and so was that other hunt one but like you said it's like they used a formula a bunch of times and it quickly loses its appeal. Gamepad is one of my favourite controllers but I wish Nintendo just used it as a screen alternative and never as a preferred screen.
