Wave 3 is definitely my favourite so far. Maple treeway, peaches gardens, 3ds rainbow road and more are my favourites, so much fun and nostalgia.

The best part is the tracks actually look good. It would have been better if they could have gotten their shit together and done stuff like this before the backlash, but better late than never. Hopefully they'll go back and improve the previous waves' tracks, though I kind of doubt it.

The trees in MT look worse than on the Wii, RockRock Mountain has the same orange cliff problem as Mushroom Gorge and Shroom Ridge and i'm not sure why there's so much inconsistency in how much effort goes into each track. Seems like all the budget went to 3DS Rainbow Road, which is weird, i honestly wish N64 RR looked like that as well, instead of..an artifical road.

@@Duskool When compared to waves 1 and 2, yes, they do look good. If you compare it to the base game tracks, then no, not at all, but I already stopped hoping for any of the DLC tracks to achieve that sort of quality, though we're at least getting closer with some of these. I do agree that the tracks you mentioned could definitely stand to look a lot better and that it's odd to see such variance in quality within the same wave, but even the worst examples in wave 3 are at least a step up over the horrendously blurry textures, easily noticeable 2D sprites in place of models, and visually jarring plain green textures for grass we got in the first two waves.

The thing about all Blue Shells is that 1st can just I-frame a lot of them. All Lightning, though? Now THAT'S a time. I did it. It was fun in a "we're doing that once, and never again" way. Try it! Fun fact about Little Caesar's, apparently the LC of America is pretty bad but in Puerto Rico is actually one of the best Pizzas. Different higher ups can change stuff with being cheap with the ingredients, same with Burger King, in my experience it seems that is better than Macdonald's.

@Choctopus: the crazy 8 with blue shell does not work, it will auto select single mushroom for the crazy 8, so the crazy 8 cannot have 8 blue shell since a blue shell is not present as a land item, you will never see a blue shell come out of a leaf pile or cargo crate. Think that work with Crazy 8 Bobomb, coins, stars, single mushroom, tripple mushroom, the other think that belong in a crazy 8
