Guys, thank you for your excellent demo. My wife and I are now at a time in our lives where getting out and exercising is not quite so easy, but this will definitely help us to have a measured workout without over doing it. I am sure it does the best thing possible, but at least its in the comfort of your own home and you can decide when to stop. Great presentation and again, thank you both. Just of of interest, are you guys still using it 💪

Hi All, I just recently go the Ring Fit for Switch and see there is several workouts for the game. Does anyone know a schedule do to these workouts in that would be most effective? Thanks for any help/ recommendations.

There is no such routine my friend. When exercising YOU choose what days to do whichever exercise. Just make sure to target the different groups and most importantly, depending on how intense the work out is, make sure to give those groups at least a day or two of rest. Those rest days allow you to work on the other muscle groups. Also, remember to give your body in general a rest day. If you want to work out thats great, just remember not to over exert yourself.

Pls answer, can this be played on a MacBook/Laptop? You can connect the Nintendo switch to a MacBook/Laptop so that the screen display becomes a MacBook/Laptop. If you play this game, can the screen display be on your MacBook/Laptop?
