Well, are you asking which has a better screen? Well if you are, than the Switch OLED has a better screen. Because the Switch OLED has, well, and OLED screen, but an iPhone 11 has an LCD screen, which is still fine, but not as good as an OLED screen.

Well the iPhone 11 has the A13 Bionic Chip which has a 6 core CPU, and a 4 core GPU, and the Switch OLED has the NVIDIA Custom Tegra processor which has a 4 core CPU, and a 256 core GPU. So that means that the iPhone 11 has a better CPU than the Switch OLED, but the Switch OLED has a way better GPU than the iPhone 11. So in terms of playing games, like you said, the Switch OLED is the way to go. And also, you said for playing games like Fortnite. Then in that case, definitely the Switch OLED, because you know, Apple blocked Fortnite off the App Store so you can't even play Fortnite on an iPhone 11, or any Apple device for the matter. But you can play Fortnite on a Switch OLED, and also every other Switch.

Yes, Nintendo has a white version of the Switch "Oiled" (???), which is the colour most people got probably because it's new and we've never had an almost fully white Switch before, But I got the red and blue because I like colour.
