I just got a switch oled today from bestbuy and i’m super excited. Even though i already got it, im not going to open it up now. I’m waiting till Christmas so it can be even more exciting for me. I’m so happy rn. The switch oled is amazing, I’m finally glad I’m getting one cause my brother got his switch oled last year for Christmas. I’m so happy rn. I love how y’all open ur oleds so nicely why mine jumped me 😂 also I got it secretly at the place I work bc my aunt takes our electronics at night bc my brother was found playing at night. Lol I was a afraid of dropping my oled but yours seem excited to be unboxed. The games I’ll recommend for non gamers would be Animal Crossing, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Party, and Stardew Valley. I do recommend looking into them first before purchasing to see if it will be your style.

I'm so sad rn bc my switch (normal one) crashed my tv and given me multiple electric shocks (it's only 3 days old). I think my dad got me the standard and it's coming tomorrow I'm so excited omggggg but I love just watching any switch unboxing videos they are so satisfying. I got a switch oled for valentine's day then got sailor moon skins clear case I had the animal crossing edition switch now this one I did trade the white joycons for Grey from my bf as I dye my hair crazy colors alot lol 😆 😜 and Grey just goes with my black sailor moon skins lol I'm in love 🥰 I just need the sailor moon thumb grips and case I have saved lol 😆

I've watched a few of these oled unboxing videos and non of them mentioned the weight. I want to get one but I've heard it's heavier than both of the previous nintendo switches and that turns me off. I imagine after about 45 minutes using it, it becomes uncomfortable in the hands

It’s not really that heavy the oled is about 0.93 pounds and the original switch is 0.88 pounds. I usually play my switch docked or on its kickstand so I can’t really tell you for hand held mode. You should be fine after a while you won’t really feel the weight or you can always play it on its kickstand with the joy cons or a pro controller. Hopes that helps

I personally haven’t played Mortal Kombat Aftermath yet. If you find it on sale on the Nintendo eshop for a good price go for it since MK11 has a lot of dlc.
