I saw this on AliExpress and was wondering what it did. So thanks for the video. What's the "wider range than using cards" you mention in the description? This seems like way too much work and very time consuming. With cards/coins you swipe and you're done. EDIT: I saw another video and one advantage I do see is that you can create another serial number for the loaded Amiibo at the touch of a button so you can bypass the once per day limit. That's cool but again if you create your own cards/coins you could just make multiple copies with random serial numbers but then you have to "waste" tags and storage space.

Yes, with proper setup, all you need to do is to press and sync and the game should quickly scan the NFC as fast as you can update them.

@@azterix12 sorry for the late reply, unfortunately there are no English app. Closest I got was Wechat mini programs on Android while in iOS is iNFC. Both I use screenshot capture then translate them via Google Translate to roughly see what they're talking bout.

I can't pair the amiibolink to my phone. It appears on the Bluetooth list but when I click on it, it disconnects and appears again. 😭🌊

Nope. You don't connect them that way. Use the app, either by Wechat (Android) or iNFC (iOS). When you going to flash to the new Amiibo, the software auto automatically detect a nearby Amiibolink.

Wechat. Under wechat, there's a Mini Programs where you can use 3rd party app. The 3rd party app is called NFC Tag Pro.

Will it always create a new serial number on any game? Cause I wanna use this for games like splatoon 2 and splatoon 3 that require it to be the same amiibo to track my progress and give me rewards, is there a setting to make it keep the same serial number until I erase the data?

Yea I think I know what you mean but I think you can't store any of the data on NFC. Every time you flash a new Amiibo, the data stored in the NFC will be lost.

Just buy NFC tags. They're cheap and works forever.

I bought one but didn’t realize how complicated it would be and just decided to return it. It would be fine if I could even use wechat but to create a wechat account you have to have a user with history on wechat verify your account. I also heard from one review that the fob can only have one amiibo on it at a time, so you have to load a new one in everytime.

Yes, that's true. It is better if you have iOS devices because the way the app work is more straightforward than going through Android's Wechat, mini-program, NFC Tag Pro... etc

The device auto turn off by itself. But if you mean your Nintendo Switch, there's an option in Airplane mode to turn off NFC, WiFi and Bluetooth. Then you can re-enable them individually

How do you clear the amiibo on the tag, I go to write and it says tag already an amiibo

Nope, the software on WeChat should automatically delete the previous tag and load in the new tag that you've just selected. I saw from a friend that the iOS version has more control, and I can't read Chinese so probably you need to screen capture and do a Google Translate,

There is no program. Unfortunately, as much as I hate it, the program itself is a mini-program that resides inside Wechat. However, if you use iOS devices, you can directly download iNFC and get the same function.
