Opinions on the various SNES designs can be quite divisive, but personally I think every iteration looks good. I have always wondered if the color of the plastic differed between the SNES revisions as it had between the original models (it's so hard to tell in pictures, and I've never seen both together in person), so I very much look forward to the comparison in your upcoming video. Perhaps it would be worth comparing all four JP/US controllers against each other.

With my experience of Super Nintendo in Australia, the PAL Super Nintendo can not play NTSC-J super famicom on games even though it will fit perfectly it still won’t work, which means there’s a region lock out chip Which is why back in 2014 I bought a retron 3 and it does play Japanese games My goal is to now get a polymega
