Forsaken_Lemon Jason’s voice solidified shadow. I like the old voice, but not as much. And Jason does a better sonic for when he’s a big more laid back and serious. That’s why I like them. I don’t think any of them are perfect, even the old voices, but in my opinion Jason did the best for these two.

Sonic approached Shadow with an ego. Shadow is taunting Sonic. The entire scene and fight is full of Shadow saying nothing but things that presses Sonic's buttons. To the point where he calls Sonic the faker for being the one comparing them in the first place while Shadow was minding his own business. And then telling Sonic he wasn't even worthy of being compared to Shadow. That Shadow was the coolest. I think at some point he even sarcastically says "Oh, that hurt." and "So you're NOT just a hedgehog". And finally "Not bad for an imposter."

I cannot stand how Shadow's skating animation has been changed since SA2. The way he moved in SA2 was fluid and natural looking. It conveyed a sense of speed very well, and lined up perfectly with the dark, mysterious vibe Shadow was supposed to have. Shadow's current skating animation is exaggerated and unnatural. It looks ridiculous, in my opinion. He doesn't look (or feel, when playing as him) like a perfect rival to Sonic anymore, because his skating animation looks so...bad...
