I used to watch this video *years* ago, and my gosh was i hooked on these figurines. I have Mario, Luigi, Peach, 3 goombas, 2 warios, a Donkey Kong which has a smile and is giving a thumbs up, that bad Bowser one, and a green Yoshi.

Interestingly, I just bought a Peach for this set a month ago. It is the one with her holding the star and it looks pretty good, but not the best. I just bought a Flying Goomba too. I will be doing a new Room Tour video on July 8th if you wanted to take a look :)

I remember buying an authentic Mario figure and it was 50 bucks! I didn't know how much that was at the time because I was only 9 but still pretty expensive for such a small figure with very little articulation.

I bought them well over a year ago on ebay. If you search "Mario figure PVC" on ebay you can most definitely find them :)

One more thing. I recently compared a store bought figure to a eBay ordered figure, and they were the same, except for size. eBay figure was slightly smaller.

@LordCaoCao155 It depends on if they are real or fake but it is very hard to determine that. I personally simply wanted figures that look like their characters. I spent $5 on most of mine individually and I would suggest trying to find them for around that price. Hope this helps!

If you are looking for a Bowser, I recommend searching on ebay or your local Toys R Us store and look for Super Mario figurine collection. The Bowser figures are fairly the same height. If you have looked or if I am wrong, I am sorry. Cuurently, I am looking to collect all of the figures. And not just those.

@hobolalala If you mean the same figures as these then they are worth $10 or less. If you are referring to the actual NES games then they are definitely worth something to the right collector. Check ebay for sealed games prices but I would expect that you could sell them for at least $50 each

I guess it makes sense why Bowser looks like that. His face resembles that of an oni, which is described in Japanese folklore. And probably to them, Bowser looks like an oni which is why he looks like that.

Great idea and I have been doing the same thing. My goal is to try and get all of the characters from Super Smash Bros. of roughly the same size. The medium sized figures you see in this video match the larger Mother figures very well! Also, there are some Pokemon figures of Ash, Brock and Misty that I am buying that are also 6 inches roughly. Hope this helps :)

@cfire176 It is highly possible that these are fake, very well done ones but still fake. The price of these ones was very low when compared to the official N64 ones. The issue is that they are Japanese and to be honest, the majority of the ones I have look fantastic and I am still very pleased with them either way. Thanks for the heads up though!

also I dont know if you noticed the koopa's are fake because look at the back of their head's they have yoshi spike's and search up a picture of koopa their's no spike's that's how i figured out their fake their made from yoshi all the other fake's look awesome though.....

I have a hunch on these figures. Have you ever seen the boxed Mario figures that look just like these by Banpresto/Popco? They're the same figures, but repackaged! Also, I know why the price is so low. I saw a video a while ago of someone playing a UFO Catcher claw game in Japan. It was filled with these figures (hence Nintendo Prize)! They were made in mass quantities to be used as prizes! They're easy for the Chinese eBay sellers to obtain so they sell them for cheap! --cont

I dont think the Toadstool isn't official, The head is samller than the original Toad and his arms stick out longer and farther, but is looks pretty cool!

Actually ive done a bit of research and I figured out these figure's are fake and anyway's cant you tell on those fake koopa figure's there the same sculpt as yoshi except with shell's and wing's even if there fake they look good for fake's But not the koopa's
