The point about Huggy still being alive is something to think about. We hear a scream at the end of chapter III, we assume that to be Kissy MIssy being hurt, but what if it is Huggy who breaks into the room and lets out that scream. Wouldn't it be a great a plot twist if Kissy can calm Huggy down and both Huggy and Kissy become friends of the player.

I'd like to think that since the announcement of the sheep being apart of a kind of a spinoff of Smiling Critters, that they did what the Care Bears did in the comics. Where the villain made Bears that were the opposite of Caring. That's probably where Poppy Playtime got the idea from.
